Author Dr. Michael Brown: 5 Steps to Defeat the Evil Spirit of Jezebel on a National Level

Brown’s Says in His Popular Book, ‘Jezebel’s War with America,’ ‘We Will See This Wicked Stronghold Defeated—Jezebel Is Coming Down!’

NEW YORK—It’s easy to get mad at other people, says author and national radio host Dr. Michael Brown. Media isn’t fair. The courts are biased. Schools are brainwashing kids. The porn industry is evil. Hollywood is pumping out trash. The internet giants are anti-Christian. LGBT activists are taking away rights.

“We all have our list of grievances,” adds the author of “Jezebel’s War with America: The Plot to Destroy Our Country and What We Can Do to Turn the Tide.” “And many of them are quite valid. We do have reason to be grieved, and people are responsible for their actions. At the same time, our real enemies are spiritual. Our biggest battle is with satanic powers. How, then, do we defeat Jezebel on a national level?”

Brown’s popular book, “Jezebel’s War with America,” focuses on the fact that the spirit of the biblical figure Jezebel is at work today, through a fascination with radical feminism coupled with the extreme pro-abortion movement, along with a fascination with witchcraft and sorcery and other spiritual and cultural forces in an attempt destroy America.

“Obviously, if we want to help others, we must get our own houses in order,” Brown continues. “As some of us said years ago during court battles over the public display of the Ten Commandments, the biggest problem is not that we’ve taken these commandments out of our schools; it’s that we removed them first from our hearts and homes. First, we get our own houses in order, then we turn to the nation.”

Brown says there are five steps to begin the process of defeating Jezebel as a nation.

STEP ONE: We Must Give Ourselves to Prayer

Knowing that the greatest battle is spiritual, Brown says, we understand how we must wage war.

“It begins on our knees,” he says. “It begins in the prayer room and at the prayer meeting. It begins with fasting, with intercession, with prevailing prayer and persevering prayer, with fervent prayer and focused prayer. It begins with crying out—real, genuine, crying out to our Father—and with faith-filled rebuking of the enemy. When we pray like this, we will see results. When we take hold of God’s promises, when we reverently hold Him to His Word, when we exercise our spiritual authority, things will happen. They must!

STEP TWO: The Prophets Must Speak

The prophets were certainly silenced during the days of Jezebel. She was literally killing them, and the suffering was acute. To venture out and speak meant a certain death.

“This does not excuse the silence of the prophets, and not all were silent,” Brown says. “But today in America who is putting a gun to our heads or a knife to our throats? Who is threatening us with death if we speak? And yet so many of us are silent. So many have retreated. So many have given way to a spirit of fear. So many have made a bargain with the devil, basically saying, “I won’t bother you if you don’t bother me.

“I’m talking about preachers, pastors, prophets, and local and national leaders,” he added. “Thank God for those with holy backbone. Thank God for those who are willing to pay the price to take a stand. Thank God for those who speak the truth in love, who walk in courage, who don’t back down. But all too many are in self-imposed spiritual exile. All too many have taken the path of least resistance. This cannot continue!”

It’s not just a matter of leaders speaking up, Brown says. The body must stand together and push back against radical activism. How did some of it happen? The church in America ignored the handwriting on the wall.

“We ignored the warnings from those who were speaking up,” he said. “We didn’t want to seem intolerant. We didn’t listen when our kids came home from school with some very strange reports. Plus, we’re too busy. Those excuses don’t stand up anymore, and little by little, in state after state, believers are pushing back. They’re respectfully telling their employers they cannot comply with an unfair policy. They’re going with their children to meet with school administrators to say with grace but with firmness, ‘This is not going to happen on my watch.’ They’re taking a stand even when it costs them their jobs, then taking the case to court with the help of Christian legal organizations and even winning at the Supreme Court level.”

STEP FOUR: Let’s Learn What We Can from President Trump

There are lessons to be learned from President Donald Trump when it comes to taking a stand and pushing back, although quite obviously there are many things that cannot and should not be learned from him, Brown says. But there are three things we can learn from the president that are especially effective when dealing with Jezebel.

  1. Don’t avoid confrontation. We often try so hard to be nice. At all costs we do not want to offend. But sometimes confrontation is necessary, and there are scores of biblical examples for this. Nathan the prophet confronted King David (2 Samuel 12). Paul confronted Peter (Galatians 2). Proverbs 27:5 says, “Better is open rebuke than hidden love” and Ephesians 4:15 calls us to “speak the truth in love.”
  2. Don’t be a slave of public opinion. It’s becoming increasingly clear that Trump controls the media much more than the media controls Trump. This is not to say he doesn’t care about polling and negative reports. Nor is this to say we should turn a deaf ear to the voices of others. Shepherds need to be attentive to their sheep. But all too often as Christian leaders we are more concerned with human opinion than divine opinion, more wanting to please other people than to please the Lord. And all too often we tell people what they want to hear rather than what they need to hear.
  3. Don’t be afraid to ride out the storm. Some would call this stubbornness, others conviction, others foolishness. But it’s clear that Trump is not afraid to take a stand, take some hits and hold to his guns, believing that over time he will be proven right. In our case, we are assured of the final triumph of the kingdom of God. We also know that societies, like individuals, reap what they sow. That means our message will rise to the surface as the folly of the world’s wisdom and ways is exposed.

STEP FIVE: The Castrated Males Must Regain Their Manhood

Many men have been emasculated by sexual sin, stealing their confidence and manhood, and making them into a self-condemning slave. Others have been emasculated by the spirit of radical feminism, causing them to doubt themselves and shrink from a leadership role in their home.

“Men must not let Jezebel win!” Brown says. “Our nation needs you. Our families need you. Our children need you. Our pulpits need you. My brothers, we need you to take hold of biblical manhood, using Jesus as your example, rather than some beer-guzzling TV tough guy. We need you to stand tall. To be strong. To lead well. To be spiritual. To mix compassion with toughness and humility with courage. It doesn’t matter what has spiritually or emotionally castrated you in the past, be it your upbringing or dynamics in your marriage or denominational politics or a moral failure. Jesus is a redeemer and a restorer, and with His help you can become a real man, a biblical man, a godly man.

“Jezebel may have ruled you for many years, but it’s time to cast her down,” he concluded. “Get her out of your head, your heart and your life. Together, both men and women together, we will see this wicked stronghold defeated. Jezebel is coming down!”

History Has Moved Together to Reveal a Mystery— Even Concerning President Donald Trump

New York Times Best-Selling Author Jonathan Cahn Uncovers Brand New Revelations in Worldwide Hit ‘The Oracle’

NEW YORKNow that President Donald Trump has been acquitted of impeachment charges, many may say the Senate decision wasn’t much of a surprise.

But in his worldwide massive hit, The Oracle: The Jubilean Mysteries Unveiled,” New York Times best-selling author Jonathan Cahn uncovers new revelations that actually show that all of history has been moving together to fulfill an ancient mystery—one that began thousands of years ago, yet moves through the modern world, guiding all human events, directing the courses of nations and world history itself to bring about its appointed purposes.

“There are ancient prophecies, Bible truths, Jewish customs and strategic events that have been happening all along and continue to determine what’s happening right now in the world, aligning everything to one great moment,” Cahn said. “Some of the most famous names in history—both ancient and current—are linked to this mystery in ways you can’t imagine. Nebuchadnezzar, Nero, Mark Twain, Harry Truman, David Lloyd George, Theodor Herzl, David Ben-Gurion and even Donald Trump have all had a part in bringing God’s ultimate plan to pass.”

Cahn shocks his readers again with The Oracle,” in which he opens up the Jubilean mysteries and a revelation so big that it lies behind everything from the rise and fall of nations and empires—even America—to the current events of our day, to the future, to end-time prophecy, and much more.

“The Oracle” unlocks the great mysteries of our time and reveals centuries-old mysteries that directly tie to world history and are even synchronizing today’s current events in amazing ways.

“In all of human history, only two world leaders issued a declaration concerning the recognition of Jerusalem—King Cyrus and President Trump,” Cahn noted.

But could there be more to the mystery?

The prophecy also foretells that the king’s declaration would come at the end of seventy years. Did Trump’s Jerusalem Declaration come at the end of any 70-year period significant in Jewish history? Counting back 70 years from Trump’s declaration takes readers to 1947—the very year that Israel was voted back into existence.

“Cyrus issued his declaration not only at the end of a 70-year period, but in his first year of world power,” Cahn added. “Trump came to power in January 2017.  He issued the Jerusalem Declaration in December 2017, just before the end of his first year of power, as did the ancient king.”

But in “The Oracle,” Cahn takes the mystery to an even deeper level. Israel was voted into existence the night of November 29, 1947—or Kislev 17 on the Hebrew calendar. The Scriptures give the time of the king’s declaration as “after seventy years.” Thus, the 70-year period would end on Kislev 17, 2017. The “after seventy years” would begin on Kislev 18, 2017. On the Gregorian calendar, Kislev 18 is December 6, 2017. Trump entered issued the Jerusalem Declaration on December 6, 2017—Kislev 18—“after seventy years” to the exact day.

“The ramifications of this mystery are staggering,” said Cahn. “It means that if we had known the mystery back on the day when Israel was voted into existence, we could have foretold, that 70 years later a man would rise to world power and would issue a declaration concerning Israel and specifically Jerusalem—and would do so in his first year of world power—and would issue it in the Hebrew month of Kislev.

“These mysteries concern more than the Jewish people—they concern every person on the planet,” he added. “God has been orchestrating His plan for generations in a breathtaking way. No one but God could have done it, and nothing but His reality can explain it.”

In “The Oracle,” Cahn takes readers on a journey to find the man called “the Oracle.” One by one, each of the Jubilean mysteries are revealed through the giving of a vision to a traveler“The Oracle” uncovers the mysteries of The Stranger, The Lost City, The Land of Seven Wells, The Birds, The Number of the End, The Man in the Black Robe, The Prophet’s Song, The Man with the Measuring Line, The Matrix of Years, The Day of the Lions, The Awakening of the Dragon and many more.

Jonathan Cahn caused a worldwide stir with the release of his explosive first book, “The Harbinger,” which became an instant New York Times best-seller and brought him to national and international prominence. He was named, along with Billy Graham and Keith Greene, one of the top 40 spiritual leaders of the past 40 years to have radically impacted the world. Called the prophetic voice of this generation, Cahn is a much-sought-after speaker and has been highlighted in the New York Times as well as in many national and international media. He has spoken on Capitol Hill, at the United Nations and to millions of people around the world. Cahn is known for opening the deep mysteries of Scripture and bringing forth messages of prophetic import. He leads Hope of the World ministry, an international outreach of teaching, evangelism and compassion projects for the world’s most needy. He also leads the Jerusalem Center/Beth Israel, a worship center made up of Jews and Gentiles, people of all backgrounds, just outside New York City in Wayne, New Jersey. His ministry can be contacted at and Jonathan Cahn  Facebook.

New Book by Tim Clinton: God Calls Husbands, Fathers, Grandfathers and Boyfriends to Rise Up and ‘Take It Back’

‘Take It Back’ Explores Reclaiming Biblical Manhood for the Sake of Marriage, Family and Culture—and for the Women in Their Lives

LYNCHBURG, VA.—Are Christian men today comfortable with their wives, children and those in their circles of influence following them?

This is a central question in the forthcoming book, Take It Back: Reclaiming Biblical Manhood for the Sake of Marriage, Family, and Culture,” by Dr. Tim Clinton and Max Davis, who ask: Are Christian men living the reality of Jesus’ presence inside them so they will be transformed into His image?

If the answer is “no,” the authors say men should turn inward and learn how they can reclaim their biblical manhood.

As the country observes National Marriage Week Feb. 7-14, Clinton writes in “Take It Back” that God’s call to men today was also Paul’s desire, when he said in Galatians 4:19, “my little children, for whom I am again in the anguish of childbirth until Christ is formed in you!”

“The call is going out not just for any men to rise up and take it back, but to godly, Christ-like men,” Clinton said. “Godly husbands, fathers, grandfathers, friends, boyfriends who will step up to the plate. Single guys who will stand for purity and trust God for the godly woman He has for them. Young men who will say no to porn and fornication even if it means ridicule. Husbands who will love their wives like Christ loved His church. When godly men who know Jesus is real and alive rise up, God comes back, families come into alignment, and a culture is changed.”

Clinton adds that when a man imitates Jesus, he compliments and supports women. He makes her better. Ephesians 5:25 exhorts husbands to “love [their] wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.”

“How did Christ love the church?” Clinton asks. “Well, for one, He died for it. He obeyed God and suffered. Sometimes love suffers. Jesus washed his disciple’s feet. Sometimes men need to wash their wife’s feet. Jesus elevated women in a society that didn’t highly regard women. For example, a Jewish man could mistreat and divorce their wives for the pettiest of reasons. Yet, Jesus showed respect and honor for women, particularly his mother. His first miracle at Canaan turning water into wine was at the pleading of his mother. Although Jesus said His time was not yet come, He did the thing she asked because it was important to her.

“To the woman at the well,” he continued, “He publicly engaged in a theological conversation because she had a mind for biblical truths and questions. He met her where she was physically and mentally, and gave her the answers her soul needed to reveal Himself to her and free her to receive ultimate truth.”

Clinton also points out that Jesus taught a parable of a woman who had 10 silver coins and lost one. He explained how she searched the house until she found it and called all her friends and neighbors over to celebrate. He likened this to the joy in heaven over one sinner who repents. What is not highlighted, Clinton says, is that Jesus chose to use a woman as the main character in this lesson when many would not place such value on this woman’s cause. Jesus did.

“Jesus also showed compassion to the woman caught in adultery, peering into her soul wounds and rescuing her from the violent men, showing her what mercy and grace looked like,” Clinton writes. “Jesus demonstrated how a man should treat a woman.

“Jesus also had a heart for children. When the disciples wanted to send them away, Jesus said let the children come so He could bless them,” Clinton continues. “Men with godly character take time for their children. They know how to play with them and train them in the ways of the Lord. This is pleasing to God. Spend time with your children and be fully present with them, not distracted or impatient. Let them see your example of love and respect for your wife and women so they will learn how to love that way too.”

Jesus, Clinton notes in “Take It Back,” was about relationships with God and with people—all love and all man.

“It’s the Christ in a man that rises up that can change the culture,” says Clinton. “The enemy knows if he takes down those kinds of men, he can take down the city. Arrogant, toxic men that run around and don’t respect women are pawns in the enemy’s hands.

“Jesus was the perfect blend of tenderness and warrior,” he adds. “He welded a whip but wept. He didn’t stand for status-quo or give into the culture around Him. He took lashings. Make no bones about it. Jesus was a man’s man. Ultimately, it took a man to stretch out his hands and feet and take the nails. Jesus was the man, the warrior. Behold the man!”

In “Take It Back,” Clinton, president of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), challenges readers to reject culture’s redefinition and seek biblical examples of true manhood. Fast-paced, filled with relevant biblical and contemporary stories of godly men like David, Nehemiah, George Foreman and Tim Tebow, “Take It Back” empowers men to be who God created them to be and to impact the culture that is in desperate need of their influence. Study and discussion questions at the end of each chapter make “Take It Back” a perfect resource for men’s Bible studies and small groups.

Dr. Tim Clinton, EdD, LPC, LMFT, is president of AACC, the largest and most diverse Christian counseling association in the world. Clinton also serves as the executive director of the James Dobson Family Institute and recurring cohost of Dr. James Dobson’s “Family Talk,” heard on nearly 1,300 radio outlets daily. Licensed as a professional counselor and as a marriage and family therapist, Clinton is recognized as a world leader in mental health and relationship issues and has authored or edited nearly 30 books. Clinton and his wife, Julie, have two children.

Max Davis is the author of over 30 books that have been featured in USA Today, Publisher’s Weekly, Bible Gateway and on the “Today” show and “The 700 Club.” He holds degrees in journalism and biblical studies. In addition to his own works, he’s done a variety of collaboration projects with highly notable leaders.

“Take It Back” will bereleased on May 5 by Charisma House, which publishes books that challenge, encourage, teach and equip Christians.

Trump Continues to Keep Promise of Appointing Conservative Federal Judges

President Forges Ahead on Vow to Appoint More Federal Judges—187 Confirmed and Counting; ‘God, Trump, and the 2020 Election’ Author Stephen E. Strang Says Many Evangelicals Voted for Trump for This Reason

ORLANDO, Fla.—With the Senate impeachment trial complete, President Donald Trump and his administration are getting back to the business of keeping America great and fulfilling his many campaign and Oval Office promises.

Among them is Trump’s promise to continue appointing conservative judges to benches nationwide to balance them, and very soon after the gavel was pounded in the trial, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell returned the focus to confirming judicial nominations.

Author, Christian businessman and award-winning journalist Stephen E. Strang has released his exciting new book—the third in an influential trilogy—God, Trump, and the 2020 Election, and, in it, explores Trump’s many promises, including Evangelicals’ interest in and concern about judges.

“No matter how much the left attacks, Trump is committed to doing the right thing,” Strang writes in “God, Trump, and the 2020 Election.” “He has worked hard to place conservatives on the Supreme Court, despite Democrats doing everything they could to impede his progress. Despite the opposition, Trump keeps pressing forward with his agenda for the nation. To me and many other conservative Christians, the single reason they voted for Trump is that he promised to appoint only conservative judges to the bench. And the benefit of this action will impact the country for 40 to 50 years.”

According to The Hill, McConnell “teed up five judicial nominations for votes on the Senate floor,” which could happen as soon as this week. Up for confirmation is Andrew Brasher for the 11th Circuit, along with U.S. district judge picks Joshua Kindred, Matthew Schelp, Joshua Kness and Philip Halpern. Since 2017, the Senate has confirmed 187 judicial nominees for President Trump, including two Supreme Court picks. If these five are confirmed, the total would increase to 192.

“With the appointment of Neil Gorsuch in 2017 and Brett Kavanaugh in 2018, many conservatives believe their taking a chance on supporting Trump has paid off,” Strang added.

Judicial nominations are a top priority for Republicans, The Hill also reported, particularly given the divided government. “McConnell, even when Republicans controlled the House, argued judges were the party’s best shot at having a long-term influence on the direction of the country.”

Trump also gave McConnell a virtual pat on the back during last week’s State of the Union address: “Working with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell—thank you, Mitch—and his colleagues in the Senate, we have confirmed a record number of 187 new federal judges to uphold our Constitution as written,” Trump said during the speech.

Throughout “God, Trump, and the 2020 Election,” Strang touches upon presidential news and interviews faith leaders who predicted the mass resistance against Trump and the concerted effort to unseat him—one way or another—from Day One. Strang also discusses the urgency of Christians continuing to support the president, as his policies help hold back the Left from crushing the rights of all Americans, including Christians.

Heading into 2020, Strang says, the stakes in his reelection are even higher. Strang’s unique understanding of Christian voters gives him insight into why they supported Donald Trump in 2016 and why he believes they will again in even greater numbers in 2020. “God, Trump, and the 2020 Election” is also an inside look into how spiritual warfare is shaping the presidential race, which is an important subject for Bible-believing Christians.
